Hello there!! My name is Kylie Lorenz and I am filling in for Ashley Mainil. I received my Bachelors of Education through the University of Regina in May 2021. I am excited to be starting my career in Yellow Grass as I grew up in a small town. I love the familiarity and closeness that comes with rural schools. Starting in the middle of a term was not what I expected for the beginning of my teaching career but the staff and students of Yellow Grass School have made this transition incredibly easy with their kindness and warm welcomes. I am looking forward to this school year where I can develop relationships with the students, staff, and community of Yellow Grass School. I am excited to try new things in my classroom and learn alongside my students and create an environment where everyone has a sense of belonging.
